Project:
PHASE 1: In 2001, we brought up to code and renovated the
interior of the existing building to create eight office suits,
then rented them to generate income until the economy improved
and the market was ready for new development.
PHASE 2: Construction of Lake Union Lofts is in the design
and permitting phase for five 2,000 square-foot townhouses
on Fairview Avenue overlooking Lake Union.
